Dan Stark, a large carnivore specialist with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, speaks at a town hall meeting Saturday afternoon at Horace May Elementary School on the state's wolf history and management plan, as well as trapping and hunting regulations being considered by the state Legislature and the DNR.
