Hubbard County Historical Society board member LaVonne Shelton began gardening outside of the museum Wednesday and continued for the rest of the week. Park Rapids Floral donated colorful petunias to be planted all around the water fountain. After a week of gardening, Shelton and other members will be busy next week baking pies for an old fashioned pie social that will take place at the museum Saturday, June 27.
