Clark, who was the No. 1 seed, concludes the season with a 38-1 record while Rohman, the No. 2 seed, finished 48-2.
Schmidt, who defeated two ranked wrestlers on Friday, was thrown into the consolation bracket after suffering a 9-2 loss to WEMJWP's Will Storch (the No. 3 seed) during Saturday's semifinals in the Class A 220-pound division. The Nevis senior rebounded to defeat Paynesville's Grant Ludwig 8-2 during Saturday's consolation semifinals and capped off a 38-10 season with a 6-5 double-overtime victory over Frazee's Luke Tweeton in the third-place match. Both wrestlers had escapes in the first overtime before Schmidt escaped in the second overtime to end his state debut with a third-place medal.
