Lauren Naeve (16), shown chasing the puck in a home game against Pequot Lakes, scored the game-winning goal with 37 seconds to play in Park Rapids' 2-0 win over Crookston Friday.

Lauren Naeve's goal with 37 seconds to play and Shania Johnson's 22 saves led the Park Rapids-Menahga-Nevis-Walker-Hackensack-Akeley girls hockey team to its first win ever over Crookston Friday afternoon.

Pederson sealed the win by scoring into an empty net 27 seconds later on an assist by Naeve.

Johnson made 12 saves in the first period, four saves in the second period and six saves in the third period for her second shutout of the season.
