Woodside gets NBA tryout today in Minneapolis

North Dakota State's Ben Woodside will get a look today from 20 NBA teams during Day 2 of a four-day pre-draft workout in Minneapolis.

Woodside, NDSU's all-time scoring leader from Albert Lea, Minn., was a fifth-year senior this past school year.

The players working out today include mainly projected second-round picks and late first-round picks.

Other players invited are: Maryland guard Greivis Vasquez, French guard Nando De Colo, Syracuse forward Paul Harris, Kentucky guard Jodie Meeks, Michigan State center Goran Suton, Gonzaga center Josh Heytvelt, Ukraine guard Patrick Beverley, LSU forward Tasmin Mitchell, Wisconsin forward Joe Krabbenhoft, Missouri forward DeMarre Carroll and Gonzaga guard Micah Downs.
