Browerville, Pillager rally to defeat Tigers

Foul trouble proved costly for the Nevis girls basketball team in a 58-57 loss to Browerville/Eagle Valley at Browerville Saturday afternoon.

BEV improved to 2-3 with the win in this battle of Section 5A teams.

"It was another tough loss for us," said Nevis head coach Brad Neyens. "It was back and forth all game long. We protected the ball a little better, but it was another game where we were undisciplined at the worst moments."

Pillager rallies for win

The win gave the Huskies a 3-2 record.
