Driver busted for alcohol, drug paraphernalia after trying to shoot skunk
A driver was cited for having an open alcoholic beverage and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle, after it was reported he and another man had been discharging a firearm, according to a report from the Todd County Sheriff's Office.
Julius Stone, 22, of Clarissa was driving the vehicle at around 7:21 p.m. Tuesday on 380th Street in Wykeham Township., and was later cited for the open bottle and drug paraphernalia, the report said. The Sheriff's Office also said Michael Fuller, 21, of Browerville was a passenger in the vehicle, and was placed under arrest for a probation violation.
The two men admitted they had been shooting at a skunk, the report said.
