According to court records, Schwartz sold the undercover informant a half-gram of meth for $100 on Dec. 21 in Frazee.
She allegedly sold the informant a total of 8.5 grams of meth for $1,225 in two separate transactions on Feb. 9, one in Frazee and one in Detroit Lakes.
The next day, she allegedly sold the informant 5 grams of meth for $725 in Frazee. She was arrested after that transaction and police allegedly found 7.8 grams of meth on her at the time of her arrest.
She is charged with felony first-degree controlled substance crime, sale; and felony second-degree controlled substance crime, possession.
She appeared Feb. 11 before District Judge Joe Evans, who set bail or bond at $20,000, with standard conditions of release, or $75,000 with no conditions.
A public defender was appointed, and her next appearance is set for Feb. 22.
