Nevis couple convicted of marijuana possession
A Nevis husband and wife have been found guilty of possessing 3.5 pounds of marijuana and conspiracy to sell it.
Scott and Cathy Cameron were found guilty Thursday following a two-day jury trial prosecuted by Erika Randall, assistant Hubbard County Attorney.
Sentencing for the Camerons is set for May 26.
The Camerons were arrested after two drug task forces executed search warrants on their Nevis home April 21, 2014. The agents seized the marijuana and several thousands of dollars in currency.
