A crash Sunday night in Hubbard sent one to the hospital and another to jail.

The crash occurred on the 90-degree curve on Hubbard County Road 6.

A southbound vehicle with three Parkers Prairie youths in it pulled over as the occupents heard squealing but were not able to get out of the way, when it was T-boned by a northbound driver who lost control on the curve.

The driver was taken to jail. He is not named at this point pending formal charges.

His female passenger was slightly injured. One of the occupants of the other vehicle was taken to an area hospital for minor wounds, one officer on the scene said.

The accident occurred just after 7:30 p.m.

Charges of criminal vehicular operation are pending against the driver with the Hubbard County Attorney's office.

An eyewitness told officers at the scene the allegedly drunken driver was swerving on the roadway as his vehicle passed her shortly before the crash.
