Waubun man accused of selling cocaine in Detroit Lakes
Randall Scott Smith, 23, of 1222 Main St., Waubun, has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony second-degree controlled substance crime, sale.
According to court records:
On Sept. 29, 2008, a confidential reliable informant working for the West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force bought 2.4 grams of cocaine for $300 from two men in a car at the M&H convenience store parking lot in Detroit Lakes. The area is within a school zone. Smith was allegedly involved in the sale.
District Judge Peter Irvine issued a warrant for his arrest on Monday.
