Miscellaneous: Aug. 17: A possible scam report of reporting party said they received a letter from Publishers Clearing House stating the caller won money; Driving complaint of SUV swerving all over the road and crossed centerline multiple times; Motorist assist of party with a flat tire on the side of the road; Property found report of boat sails left at public access; Complaint of people on a boat in the dark pulling a tube and loud music on County Road 40;

Aug. 18: A caller on Hubbard County Road 89 reports a newer style vehicle came into the driveway, parked and aroused reporting party's dogs, caller stepped out and saw two males outside of the vehicle who then took off; Male party out of control and yelling at reporting party on Riverside Avenue in Park Rapids; Reporting party had dispute with ex regarding child restraint; Reporting party had questions concerning an Order For Protection against her children's father; Reporting party in Akeley states her mother will not allow her into the house to gather belongings needed for college; Report of a broken "No Wake" bouy on the north side of the channel at undetermined location; Boat and water patrol child under 10 without personal floatation device; Caller states boyfriend and her got into a verbal altercation after pulling over to use the bathroom on County Road 36 and it led to a pushing match and he took the vehicle;

Aug. 19: Caller reports subjects on the roof on County Road 7 in Park Rapids; Caller believes she lost her purse while she pulled into the church driveway just outside of town to use the restroom; Request for agency assistance with arresting party on out of county hold; Report of parties screaming at each other in the parking lot on First Street West in Park Rapids; Complaint of loud jet skis on the west end of Lake Belle Taine; Report on County Road 39 of neighbors shooting and it sounds very close to the house which is upsetting caller's kids and animals; Report of loud music from a wedding party at the neighbor's house on 109th Avenue and caller wants to speak to an officer about getting them to calm down;

Aug. 20: Caller on Mallard Drive in Laporte reports finding a jon boat floating in the middle of the lake last night and it has no registration; Report of man on a pedal bike riding in and out of traffic on undetermined road; Reporting party in Akeley states there are jet skis on Mow Lake that are coming too close to docks and being disrespectful; Gas drive off of $32.28 in Akeley; Report of the event going on at the Firefly in Nevis being extremely loud and disturbing to neighbors;

Medical: Aug. 17: Ambulance requested for female reporting having chest pains; Ambulance requested for 69-year-old female in Nevis not feeling well and extremely weak; ambulance requested for biking accident on the Heartland Trail;

Aug. 19: Request for ambulance, caller in Akeley feels like he is having a heart attack;

Aug. 20: Ambulance call on County Road 39 in Laporte for female party with possible stroke; Ambulance call for elderly female possibly having a heart attack on Becker Line Road in Park Rapids;

Accidents: Aug. 17: Report of damage to squad car in Nevis; caller reports hitting a small deer, ran into side of a trailer, no damage and caller reports deer is not dead and would like someone to dispatch the deer; Report of a rear end collision on U.S. Highway 71; Report of a single ATV accident with one victim having trouble breathing;

Aug. 19: Report of a vehicle in the ditch on the south side of the road in Becker County;

Aug. 20: Report of a single vehicle rollover with entrapment on County Road 38;

Animal related: Aug. 17: Report of a cow in the roadway by a sharp corner on an unidentified road; Report of a cow out of the pasture and near the roadway on U.S. 71; Report of calves on the road on 269th Avenue;

Aug. 18: Report of a couple cows stuck in the fence and a couple cows on the roadway on New Melahn Drive;

Aug. 19: Report of a calf outside the fence on the north side of the road; Deer versus car accident in Akeley;

Aug. 20: Report of 1 cow and 13 young calves on the road, all black with white faces, at undetermined location;

Burglaries, thefts:

Aug. 18: Report of a real estate sign missing from the end of Far Portage Drive and U.S. Highway 71; Report of damage to property with back window broken at residence on County Road 109 in attempt to make entry but reporting party does not believe anyone was able to make entry;

Aug. 20:

Fires: Aug. 17: A tree fell over a powerline on 129th Avenue;

Aug. 20: Report of a building and bulldozer on fire on County Road 39; Female party states house on Highway 34 is on fire and everyone is out;
