Bitterly Cold Morning
Fargo, ND (WDAY-TV) - A large arctic air mass has settled in across much of the eastern United States.
Many places are likely to see record lows.
Although not record setting cold in our neck of the woods, it was still a bitterly cold morning.
In fact, it was the coldest morning so far this winter for many in eastern North Dakota much of Minnesota.
High pressure overhead allowed for a clear sky and very little wind. Because of these conditions, temperatures bottomed out in the -10s, -20s, and even -30s!
It will turn warmer on Friday, but back to the bitter cold over the weekend.
