An aerial image shows the Starbuck Marina where the invasive algae starry stonewort was discovered in August. Minnewaska Lake Association President Mike Stai is optimistic the fact the algae was found in the confined area of the marina could help kill off the starry stonewort through aggressive chemical treatment that was expected to start this week.
