Plea hearing set in case of man who fled county 
A Sept. 13 plea hearing is set for a Hubbard County man who fled the county for two months following a shooting incident May 21 near Akeley.
Joshua Wayne Herdina, 35, formerly of Akeley, was arrested by Cass County authorities about a month ago, Hubbard County Sheriff Frank Homer said.
