Indian pipes


Stan Grdinich of Becida took this rare photo of the plants. He explained, “They have no chlorophyll. They get their nutrients from a fungus that grows on tree roots. This is the first time that I have ever seen them . I found them on our new state lands just north of CSAH 9.” (Submitted photo)
