Letter: High taxes producing negative impact

A recent editorial in the Feb. 27 Enterprise followed by a letter to the editor in the March 3 paper compel a response. These opinion pieces put forth an unsubstantiated theory that a policy of “no new taxes” is ruining Minnesota.
