What time period did the "old" ordinance cover? When we put in this monstrosity of a mound/lift system, was it necessary? I am glad that at least the septic system installers had a hayday. How many of us spent unnecessary dollars?

Now you know the real story, it was all about money. Good enough now but not good enough a year ago. What a bunch a money-hungry-hubbard-county government fools. Forget they permit, just do what you need to do and keep your mouth shut.
