For those of you who will miss the ice cream just go down the street about 2 blocks and stop in the Minnesoda Fountain! They have at least 20 different flavors along with numerous shakes, malts, and sundae creations! However, I too will miss Snyder, but Walgreens sounds like a nice business!

If Snyder was So Successful why did thay sell and about the ice cream why wouldnt you just go to the Minnesoda Fountain unless good ice cream is to much to pay for. Have you people ever been to a Walgreen. You can go in any Walgreen in the US and get your RX. Thay are in every town and about on evey corner. THANK YOU WALGREENS this something this town needed.

I loved to take my kids in for ice cream it was a nice inexpensive treat, I also used to get a lot of gifts such as wedding and graduation gifts. I'm not so sure I have a reason to go there anymore, so so sad.

No ice cream? Really? This was a staple for us in the summer when our grandkids were here all summer vacation. We came in and dropped off film, bought many summertime necessities all while stopping for ice cream. Dairy Queen will see us now.

I'm going to miss Snyders ice cream. As far as I know, Snyders was successful, but they were bought out by Walgreens back in January. The Snyders in Menahga has been closed.
