Charles S.: Why is there still 40 MPH signs at Emmaville? From reading the article, there aren't any 40mph signs - they apparently say 40mpg. Doesn't anybody proofread these things, or is this the best that Park Rapids journalists can do?

Why is there still 40 MPH signs at Emmaville? There is no business open there any longer. Is this a speed trap for Hubbard Co?
