The elected officials who voted for and signed the contract, should pay up - Not the tax payers. Their screw up and not ours. Its obvious they did not research enought on this Software. Burned again by our elected Politians, it will never stop.

Dosent anyone think ahead and check into companies that they deal with or do they just throw money at them and hope everything will work out???
