How about if these fools get a property review BEFORE the work is done. Everyone knows there are rules when it comes to developing ANYTHING adjacent to water or wetlands. Enforce the ordinance and fine the hell out of the landowner. Seems like some of our elected and appointed officials are gutless when upholding an ordinance that has been in place for how many years??? Maybe as county attorney Mr. Larson should have prosecuted more of these violators instead of negotiating away the public's right to equal treatment under the law.
