Binnet-Kimball engagement

Azer Binnet and Timothy Kimball announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Parents of the couple are Figen Yamanoglu and Mehmet Binnet of Ankara, Turkey and Terry and Laurie Kimball of Osage. Azer graduated from TED Ankara College/High School and received her undergraduate degree in international relations from Ankara University Facility of Political Science. She received her master’s degree at Koc U in Istanbul and is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in political science at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Timothy is a 1997 Park Rapids Area High School graduate, earning a bachelor’s degree with high distinction in English from the U of M. He currently works for a division of Medtronic in Minneapolis while continuing his education. A private family wedding is planned Saturday, Aug. 13 at St. Johns Lutheran Church, Park Rapids.
