Def Leppard, Journey coming to Sioux Falls, Minneapolis, Fargo


FARGO -- Classic rockers Def Leppard and Journey announced Friday, Jan. 19, that they are teaming up for a North American tour that in this region will take them to Sioux Falls, Minneapolis and Fargo.

The two will perform together in 58 cities on the tour starting May 21 on the east coast. The regional concerts are at the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls on Wednesday, July 18, at Target Field in Minneapolis on Friday, July 27, and at the Fargodome in Fargo the next day.

In addition to their arena concerts, the bands are also performing at 10 arenas, including Target Field.

The concerts will feature complete sets and all-new production from both bands, and an arsenal of their hits such as “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” “Lights,” “Photograph,” “Don’t Stop Believin’,” “Rock of Ages” and “Faithfully.”

Tickets for the Sioux Falls were announced, but not for the other two.

The Sioux Falls tickets range  from $49.50 to $179.50 and are going on sale Feb. 3 at 10 a.m. at the  events center box office,, or charge-by-phone at 800-745- 3000.

Ticket information has not yet been announced for the Fargodome or Target Field.
