Local folk band set to entertain at Noon Hour Concert June 25

Unpolished

“Unpolished” will be featured at the Noon Hour Concert from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Thursday, June 25 at Faithbridge Church.

Noon Hour Concerts are free and are held the second and fourth Thursdays in June, July and August.

“Unpolished” performs an eclectic mix of roots, Americana and bluegrass

music on bass, guitar, mandolin and banjo, complete with rich, three-part

harmonies. 

The group covers many styles of folk music, including music from the 1800s to Civil War, old cowboy music, railroad songs, bluegrass music and traditional gospel music.

The band comprises members Dave Karam,

vocals and guitar; Sheldon Schiebe, vocals and mandolin; Dick Max, vocals and bass and Mark Bridge, - vocals and banjo.

Audiences are invited to bring their lunch to eat before the concert. Beverages and treats will be served.
