Woman rescued from car at flooded Dickinson, N.D., underpass
Heavy rain and tornado warnings swept the area Monday afternoon and evening, leaving an underpass in Dickinson flooded and a motorist stranded.
The Third Avenue West underpass, which often floods during heavy rain, filled with at least two feet of water.
At about 5:45 p.m., before law enforcement lowered the gates prohibiting traffic from entering, a woman attempted to drive through the water and got stuck.
