Wintry weekend: Forecast calls for snow, bone-chilling cold

Northwest Minnesota residents can expect cold today.

Wind-chill numbers will be, well, chilling.

Eastern North Dakota and northwest Minnesota are expected to receive 2 to 5 inches or more of snow from Friday night through this afternoon, with strong winds that began Friday night continuing into today, according to the National Weather Service in Bismarck.
