Winter storm watch will persist throughout weekend for Hubbard County and region

Hubbard County is in a winter storm watch. A second storm system will arrive giving heavier snow from late tonight through Sunday and into Monday. The current upper level system over central North Dakota will continue to weaken today with only very light snow expected over eastern North Dakota today into this evening.
