Wadena man charged for violating two-day-old OFP
A Wadena man was charged July 5 with a felony for allegedly violating an order for protection two days after the order was served.
According to Wadena County court documents, Jacob Edward Pugsley, 32, confronted the woman who had a restraining order against him from across the street as she walked to work on July 1. He had been served with an order to stay away from her on June 29.
Pugsley has six previous domestic violence related convictions dating back to September 2001, including three felonies during 2008 and 2009.
His first court appearance was set for July 18.
