Two Moorhead women injured in car accident
Two Moorhead women were injured in a two-vehicle car crash Sunday evening at the intersection of Eighth Street South and 37th Avenue South.

Virginia Hahn, 82, was southbound on Eighth Street South about 6 p.m. when Wendy Pederson, 28, attempted to drive east across Eighth Street and the vehicles collided, according to a news release from the police department.
Hahn was taken to Sanford Health in Fargo, and Pederson was taken to Essentia Health in Fargo. Their injuries are considered non-life-threatening, the release said.
Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
