Trial date set in Beaulieu case
Judge Robert Tiffany has set an April trial date for Laurine Marie Beaulieu, 42, charged with three counts of criminal vehicular homicide and other offenses in connection with the death of Paul P. Howard in a car-bicycle accident July 24 near Itasca State Park.
Howard, 52, from Rochester, was in the area vacationing with his family.
The three- to five-day jury trial is scheduled to start April 14.
