Trial date set for Barnesville woman accused of setting fires at her home
MOORHEAD - A trial date has been set for Tara Andvik, the 33-year-old rural Barnesville woman accused of setting fires at her home.
Judge Michael Kirk set the trial date for May 8 at a hearing in Clay County District Court this afternoon.
Andvik faces three counts of first-degree arson for fires allegedly set on her property in October. Each arson charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $20,000 fine if convicted.
