The positions, working in computer controlled work centers, are temporary, May to November jobs, explained Mark Kiser of human resources. But several TEAM employees hired on a temporary basis have become full-time, he said.
Applicants will be invited to tour the shop Tuesday, complete an application and receive a free lunch - taco in a bag.
TEAM will train the selected employees, with up to 20 expected to be hired.
TEAM Industries dropped from a staff of 195 to 40 in 2009, due to the economic downturn. Staff now numbers 63, with indications of growth.
"TEAM wants to be actively involved in the community," Kiser said, including the county fair, 4th of July parade, Relay for Life and an outreach to the military through the Veterans Service Office.
"The plant has a heart for the community," he said.
Plans also call for building a wellness center for employees, he said.
