Emily Munson has reprised her role as chief detective in the Community Fishing Contest medallion treasure hunt, discovering it Thursday afternoon.
The third clue, referring to a "feisty little red guy" had her driving around town looking at fire hydrants, until she remembered the sign on Henrietta Avenue North. "Then it came to me," said the winner in 2011 and 2009.
This year's search was a solo endeavor. Husband Jesse, brother-in-law Matt and friend Kevin Hegtvedt are working construction in Minot. She will redeem the medallion for more than $1,000 in prizes.
