The Downtown Business Association, for the second week in a row, hosted a crowd to hear Good Noise of Bemidji perform Thursday night. People hauled their lawn chairs to Second Street, where they listened to the band play an eclectic mix of blues, rock and oldies. The weekly concerts, featuring a different band each Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m., will continue throughout the summer. Some merchants stayed open late for shoppers to stroll around.
