Sebeka man faces charges for alleged threats, assault
A Sebeka man was charged Nov. 30 in Wadena County District Court with a felony, terroristic threats, and two misdemeanor domestic assault charges for a confrontation with a woman at a residence.
According to court documents, the altercation happened Nov. 27 and started as an argument which turned into threats, the woman told police. The woman also said Darren James Dillman, 44, grabbed her by the jacket and dragged her off the couch onto the floor. He allegedly told her he was going to kill her and said he would "bash [her] head in."
A deputy spoke to Dillman, who denied physically harming the woman or threatening her. He only admitted to breaking her cell phone.
His first court appearance was scheduled for Dec. 14.
