Runners complete Fish Hook Challenge

Paul Lillehaugen of Moorhead and Barbara Arntson of East Grand Forks won the men's and women's titles at Sunday's 16th annual Fish Hook Challenge Half Marathon.

Lillehaugen completed the 13.1-mile course in 1 hour, 21 minutes, 55 seconds while Arntson crossed the finish line at Heartland Park in 1:36:16.

There were 25 men and 19 women who competed in this year's half marathon.
