Kubel is the third significant Twin to leave via free agency this winter.

According to cbssports.com, the deal will pay Kubel $15 million for two years with an option for a third year, provided he passes a physical.

The Diamondbacks plan to make Kubel their everyday left fielder, according to cbssports.com and mlb.com.
