Perham basketball player collapses during game, rushed to hospital in Fargo
A defibrillator was used on a Perham boys basketball player before he was rushed to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo on Thursday evening after collapsing during a game.
Zach Gabbard, a junior, collapsed halfway into the first half of the game at Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton High School, said athletic/activities director Craig Anderson.
His condition was unknown as of press time. A defibrillator is a device used to shock the heart.
