Park Rapids Area High School Business Professionals of America students traveled to the Hilton Hotel in downtown Minneapolis for the Business Professionals of America fall conference at the end of October. Greta Hanson and Kaly Grover, her campaign manager, ran for state office and made it through the primary election into the top 10. She was topped in the general election. "Greta did a great job going through a speech, campaign booth and question and answer session," advisor Angie Kuehn reported. Courtney Pilkey, Megan Sullivan, Zach Jewison, Brad Eischens, Cody Brumbaugh and Ryan DeLaHunt all served as voting delegates in the officer elections. All students attended various leadership workshops over the course of the two-day event.
