Park Rapids boy dies in 'bad batch' of drugs case
GRAND FORKS - Federal, state and local law enforcement officials held an emergency meeting Tuesday in Grand Forks over the recent proliferation of dangerous synthetic drugs blamed in the deaths of two teenage males in the past week.
It's a true emergency, said North Dakota's U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon, who had his office put out a news release late Tuesday afternoon.
