Panthers celebrate homecoming win

Aaron Morris fondly remembered the last time the Park Rapids football team defeated Thief River Falls.

Morris was a junior lineman when the Panthers defeated Thief River Falls 21-19 in 1996. These two teams didn't meet again until 2006 and the Prowlers proceeded to go on a six-game winning streak.

That winning streak ended Friday night as Park Rapids' big-play offense sparked a thrilling homecoming victory at Vern Weekley Field.
