The third grade students at Century Elementary enjoyed an exciting lesson on Wednesday, Jan. 23.

Deputies Dan Kruchowski from the Hubbard County Sheriff's office and Bill Conner from the Cass County Sheriff's Office brought in their canine partners, Oakley and Yankee.

The students learned many things from this visit, including the following:

n K-9s can be used to find lost children, vulnerable adults, or criminals.
