Park Rapids offers 20 athletic programs, which students can participate in, five fine arts programs along with numerous clubs and organizations. Middle school students can also participate on numerous athletic teams and fine arts programs throughout the school year. All information can be found on the Park Rapids Area Schools website. Go to www.parkrapids.k12.mn.us and discover all the opportunities that students have available to them.

Many great things are taking place at Park Rapids Area Schools and if you are looking to fill a night watching the students of Park Rapids Schools perform you can find schedules on the schools website. Click on departments on the top of the page, then click on activities and go to schedules where you will be directed to the schedule of activities occurring on any given night.

Park Rapids Education and Activities foundation is a vital partner in the success of Panther activities and classroom experiences for student/athletes. Each year the foundation allocates dollars for purchases that are used in classrooms as well as in the athletic arena. Individuals can find a membership application on the schools website, click on District Information and locate the application to join the foundation. Without the support of the PREAF many programs and activities would have to find alternative ways to purchase equipment and supplies.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the community of Park Rapids for your continue support of Park Rapids Area Schools and its students. Because of the support of many, we are able to offer many programs that reach many students interests and keep them involved once the school day is over. Thanks and remember, "GO PANTHERS!"
