Oversized load, passenger car collide at major PR intersection
A collision between a passenger car and a wide load Friday morning left the driver of the car shaken up but uninjured.
The collision occurred just after 9:30 a.m. at the busy intersection of High-way 34 and Henrietta Avenue in Park Rapids.
The vehicles were quickly pulled off the highway so traffic wouldn't back up.
There have been three crashes at or near that cor-ner this summer.
State Patrol troopers were on the scene, along with Park Rapids police.
It was unclear how the accident occurred, but the Ford Taurus' passenger front was heavily damaged.
