Osage man airlifted to Fargo hospital after motorcycle crash north of Detroit Lakes
An Osage man was seriously hurt in a motorcycle accident Wednesday evening north of Detroit Lakes.
James David Branstrom, 21, of Osage lost control of the motorcycle on County Road 37 and left the roadway, according to Becker County Sheriff Tim Gordon. The accident occurred just after 6:30 p.m. Carsonville firefighters and emergency medical personnel were called to the scene, chief Roger Wilson said.
Branstrom sustained what appeared to be serious injuries and was airlifted to a Fargo hospital by North Memorial Air Ambulance. His condition was not available. He was wearing a helmet.
The investigation is incomplete as to why he lost control of the motorcycle.
