According to a criminal complaint, Bakken pointed a gun at a girl in a shower from outside the bathroom window Tuesday at a Fairdale residence.

The complaint said the girl's sister saw Bakken pointing the gun. A police investigation found 17 firearms in the residence and 14 were loaded with a round in the chamber.

A court document said Bakken was using alcohol on the day of the incident.

Reckless endangerment and terrorizing are both Class C felonies, punishable by up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
