Motley man charged in child pornography case
A Motley man faces a federal charge relating to the alleged possession of child pornography.
Dennis Gregory Walker, 55, is charged with one count of possession of child pornography stemming from a 2007 incident, according to information released by the U.S. Attorney's office in Minneapolis.
Spokesman David Anderson declined further comment.
The complaint, called a charging document, states Walker was in possession of the material on Feb. 2, 2007.
The materials consisted of "computers, hard drives and compact discs, which contained visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct," the complaint stated.
