Morris men plead gulty to tax evasion scheme involving road construction company
Two brothers from Morris pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court to devising a tax-evasion scheme that involved concealing income they and many of their employees received from their road construction business.
Appearing before U.S. District Court Judge Patrick Schiltz in St. Paul, Joseph Edward Riley, 63, and John Thomas Riley, 60, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to defraud the U.S.
