Email

Hubbard County could miss a mid-week snow event, or get slammed.

"It's going to be a wait-and-see thing," said National Weather Service meteorologist Tom Grafenauer.

"The potential is there to hit Hubbard County, but right now we think the significant accumulations will go west and south of you."

The storm right now is forecast to begin over western North Dakota Tuesday morning head east by Tuesday night.

Grafenauer said if it keeps its easterly trajectory, it could hit Hubbard County Wednesday.

Meanwhile, frigid temperatures continued in the region. Park Rapids recorded 31 below at 8 a.m.
